Karen is one of our classic success stories. Joining us from Maersk in 2005 after stints in Denmark and Kuala Lumpur, Karen plunged into the executive search industry in Taiwanese waters. She took to it like a duck to water, and within 3 years, was leading a team in the Consumer specialisation. When the opportunity arose, Karen made the move to Hong Kong in 2011 and commandeered the Retail & Consumer Practice there. A true warrior princess, it was only a matter of time before she won the coveted role of Business Leader for Hong Kong, charged with leading the elite team there.
Karen has personally placed more than 500 senior level candidates in her sector, including Retail Operations Directors, APAC Visual Merchandising Directors and International Retail Directors for the world’s leading retail conglomerates.
