Perhaps a testament to his success story, Roger’s approach to life and work revolves around a simple rule - ALWAYS strive for the best. Because coming in second just won’t do.

Roger, an industry veteran with more than 2 decades of experience is the Group Business Leader for HRnetOne Kuala Lumpur. Roger joined HRnetOne in 1995 as a consultant. A string of awards and promotions followed as he quickly proved himself to be a star performer. In 2001, he helmed our Kuala Lumpur office as he took on the role of Group Business Leader.

Focused on growing the business, Roger had his ear to the ground and was constantly pushing out new initiatives based on immediate and future needs. In 2005, Roger played an integral role in opening another business unit in Kuala Lumpur. Many of the systems and processes that he set in place have attributed to the successful performance of the office. Today, our Malaysian offices hold the position of having the largest headcount with over 60 consultants within the retained search space.

The growth of the company has been largely due to the efforts that Roger’s personal belief that a company’s greatest assets are its people. He takes the time to invest in his team by instilling the tenets of his success. Roger leverages on his background in the hospitality industry and juxtaposes that with his learning from his extensive sales career to create a comprehensive coaching experience which he uses to inspire his team and hone their sales and service techniques to perfection.

On the business front, Roger has developed strong relationships among entrepreneurs, CEOs and senior management. These leaders look to Roger to take on an advisory role in identifying growth goals and potential gaps in their business and talent management needs.
