Job Description

  • Oversees the preparation and coordination of financial statements, business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets, and analysis reports.
  • Monitors KPIs, conducts detailed analysis, and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Supports business leaders in making well-informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Proactively communicates and presents Controlling (CO) topics to General Managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Delivers objective and independent insights to ensure systematic control and rigorous monitoring of planned objectives.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and external financial reporting standards.
  • Promotes financial and Controlling (CO) awareness throughout the organization.
  • Leads continuous improvements in CO-related concepts, processes, and tools.
  • Manages projects effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Leads the team by recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent while setting an example in fostering agility, resilience, and digital transformation.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ MBA or equivalent
  • Qualified Accountant with ACCA/ ICEAW/ MICPA or CMA preferred
  • Min 7 years experience
  • Accounting, Tax knowledge and commercial understanding
  • Understanding of Transfer Pricing and statutory requirements including tax regulation
  • Knowledge of ERP system
