Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of accountants in their daily tasks.
- Ensure proper controls and procedures for intercompany transactions, financial reporting, and product costing.
- Manage the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Prepare journal entries, overhead allocations, and variance analyses.
- Generate trial balances and ensure necessary reviews and approvals.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Review reports on fixed assets, product costs, inventory, and obsolescence.
- Work with the RTR team on key projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage intangible assets and capital projects.
- Record transactions, intercompany recharges, and period-end consolidations.
- Oversee financial reporting, product costing, and inventory valuation.
- Conduct inventory counts, transfer pricing, and cost analysis.
- Address intercompany balances and manage loans.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or people management role.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin are required.
