Job Description
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop internal talent for key positions, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
- Employee Development: Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, support career growth, and drive leadership development and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention through recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- HR Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices in talent management.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture aligned with core values.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaboration: Partner with department managers and senior leadership to align talent management strategies with business goals.
Job Requirements
- Degree in HR, Legal, or related field.
- Over 8 years in talent management or HR.
- Experience in employee development, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Malaysian labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
