Catherine Yeow is the Managing Director of Singapore and Bangkok, and the Business Development Director of Southeast Asia. She is responsible for overseeing all operations, including business development, project delivery, leadership development, and organisational design. With over 20 years of industry experience spanning across multiple specialisations and functions, Catherine’s contributions have been instrumental in creating the HRnetOne brand into what it is today. Starting in 1999 as a consultant within the Chemical specialisation, she quickly distinguished herself as a star performer within the organisation. Within a short span of time, Catherine had a successive string of promotions which not only expanded her portfolio but also developed her into a multi-faceted contributor to the organisation and clients alike.

Over the years, Catherine has developed and implemented talent practices that included succession planning, identification and assessment of high-potential talent and leadership competencies. Her talent for creating and building strong relationships with her clients has seen many staying as Key Accounts since the day she started. This very talent was the reason she was tasked to set up our Bangkok office in 2006 and Seoul in 2011. She views herself as a partner to the client by working closely with them through a personalised and systemic approach. Her goal with every client is to create customized solutions through an in depth understanding of organisational dynamics. Today, as Group Business Leader, Catherine focuses on growing the business in and her team in Singapore and Bangkok. She is responsible for overseeing all operations, including business development, project delivery, leadership development, and organisational design. And, coaches her team on performance optimisation within their current roles to ensure that the same high standards she sets for herself are embraced and emulated.
