Maverick is based in our Guangzhou office. He is a Practice Leader for Sourcing, Industrial & Chemical, Technology and Manufacturing Specialisations. Maverick joined HRnetOne Taipei in 2007 as a consultant and proved himself to be an invaluable team player from the start. Over a few short years, he garnered multiple awards and promotions for his stellar performance. By 2010, Maverick expanded his portfolio further when he took on the role heading the Technology practice in Hong Kong. Maverick works collaboratively with his clients to provide effective solutions for their talent management needs. Looking beyond just what is on a candidate’s CV, he often goes into in depth personality and leadership trait assessments, to ensure that the shortlisted candidate is the right talent with the business acumen and motivation to propel the company into the future.
Maverick’s extensive market knowledge was put to good use with the set up of our Guangzhou operations in 2011 with the aim to develop the Pearl River Delta businesses in the Industrial Technology Manufacturing and Operations, Sourcing and Retail Operations Practices. Since then, Maverick and his team have completed multiple senior executive searches, market intelligence and maps as well as outplacement services in the Technology sector including technical searches, sales / marketing as well as general management functions. His overseas project delivery experience includes the US, Korea, China and Hong Kong. Maverick’s team benefits from his extensive industry experience and the insights he has for the intricacies involved in identifying the right talent for their clients. He leads them in zeroing on the highest caliber talents for the China markets of local and internally recognized brands – many of whom are Key Accounts for the Guangzhou office.
