Moh Moh’s passion for developing and coaching people is also a significant aspect of her career. Her extensive experience in setting up recruitment teams from scratch has proven to be a significant advantage for the companies she has worked with. From 2015 to 2018, she set up HR, Admin & Legal, Accounting and Finance, and Banking and Financial Services teams. In 2018, Moh Moh took on the challenge of restructuring an entire recruitment company from scratch with just two consultants. Within two years, she successfully grew the team to 17 consultants, making it the highest-performing team in the company.
Currently, Moh Moh is in HRnetOne, where she continues to excel in her career. She is building a Consumer and Finance recruitment team with Thai consultants for the Bangkok office and is also setting up a remote recruitment team in Myanmar to support the Thailand team.
